Collected Personal Data

We collect your Name and E-Mail Address for contact purposes. We will retain any other supplementary information a client chooses to provide us with; this includes contact information or personal details. Third parties, such as selling sites, will collect payment details and addresses, for the sole purpose of selling and handling your purchase. These sites are regulated by Excel, where officially endorsed.

Purpose of collecting data

We collect the above data and information for the sole purpose of contacting clients in rtelation to products made by Excel Gifts. We retain and use this information for contact, identification, personalisation & product design, purchase and delivery. We will retain this information for up to a year, opr upon request, whichever is sooner, for returns, repeat purchase and delivery purposes.

We do not sell your data to anyone under any circumstances. Data and information will only be passed onto trusted third parties for relevant purposes i.e. purchase handling and delivery. Information used and stored by these thrd parties is subject to the same terms as Excel directly; retention for up to one year unless deletion is requested.
